We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & HR Officer who combines strong HR domain knowledge with a proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales.
In this dual-focus role, you will lead outreach strategies to identify prospective corporate clients, pitch Espritsor's HR and business consultancy services, and build lasting client relationships.
Your background in HR will enable you to understand client pain points deeply, articulate our human capital solutions, and assist in designing tailored client proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition (70%):
- Proposal & Bid Writing: Draft, customize, and deliver high-impact business proposals, service level agreements (SLAs), and pitch decks.
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target corporate clients, SMEs, and organizations in need of HR outsourcing, recruitment, staff training, and branding services.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic network relationships across key commercial hubs to expand Espritsor's brand presence.
- Outreach & Pitching: Conduct cold/warm outreach, schedule corporate presentations, and pitch Espritsor’s service offerings to key decision-makers (Managing Directors, HR Directors, Business Owners).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a clear sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation to contract closing.
- HR Advisory & Client Solution Design (30%):
- Needs Assessment: Conduct HR audits and consultations with prospective clients to identify gaps in their staffing, training, policy framework, or organizational structure.
- Solution Structuring: Assist in designing custom recruitment drives, corporate training modules, and HR management retainer packages tailored to client needs.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact during client onboarding and ensure high client retention through consistent account management.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proposal conversion rate (from pitch to signed agreement).
- Monthly / Quarterly revenue generated through new client acquisitions.
- Client retention and renewal rate for HR retainer services.
- Number of qualified corporate leads generated and meetings held per week.
