PebbleScore is building behavioural credit infrastructure for Africa, and the lender side of that flywheel needs an owner. You will close warm deals already in motion, sign the institutions that make the Marketplace real, and arrive at our February 2027 fundraise with a lender network investors can see. Small team, direct line to the CEO, and a product suite no one else is selling.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Work type: Hybrid

Your Mission

Own the lender pipeline from prospecting through signed agreement and handover

Keep the CRM as the single source of truth for every lender touchpoint

Lead commercial sales of the PebbleScore Engine to credit and risk teams

Recruit lenders to list products on the Loans Marketplace and grow live listings

What You Bring

Qualification and

Experience

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4–8 years

Must-have:

Technical sales fluency

B2B institutional sales

Pipeline management

Commercial deal design

Nigerian lending ecosystem knowledge

Complex deal closing
