PebbleScore is building behavioural credit infrastructure for Africa, and the lender side of that flywheel needs an owner. You will close warm deals already in motion, sign the institutions that make the Marketplace real, and arrive at our February 2027 fundraise with a lender network investors can see. Small team, direct line to the CEO, and a product suite no one else is selling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lender pipeline from prospecting through signed agreement and handover
  • Lead commercial sales of the PebbleScore Engine to credit and risk teams
  • Recruit lenders to list products on the Loans Marketplace and grow live listings
  • Keep the CRM as the single source of truth for every lender touchpoint

What the Role Offers

As the lender network grows and the February raise closes, this role is the natural foundation for a Head of Partnerships or Commercial Director position, owning a team and the full institutional revenue line.

A tight team of three engineers, customer operations, and the founder. Everyone builds their own lane. You will have direct CEO access and full ownership of the lender side with no supporting cast between you and the close.
