Department: Kitchen Culinary Operations
Requirements
- Substantial culinary and supervisory experience required for senior chef roles.
- Kitchen production experience.
- Relevant culinary or pastry qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
