Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Accountabilities
Work with the warehouse and sales teams to process customer orders and arrange dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatches, deliveries, and product returns.
Ensure products are handled, loaded, transported, and delivered appropriately.
Verify product descriptions, quantities, and dispatch documentation before goods leave the facility.
Monitor returned goods, rejected deliveries, and damaged products and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate the movement of finished products from production to the warehouse and distribution points.
Fleet and Driver Management
Coordinate company drivers, delivery vehicles, and third-party transport providers.
Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other transport-related incidents promptly.
Monitor vehicle availability, utilisation, and delivery schedules.
Monitor fuel usage, mileage, trip records, and transportation expenses.
Ensure drivers possess valid licences and comply with company transportation and safety policies.
Ensure vehicles are maintained according to approved servicing schedules in collaboration with the maintenance team.
Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
