Someone who can think strategically, create content, execute campaigns, and connect marketing activity to real business growth, not simply manage social media.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow EduFi’s awareness and reach among schools in Nigeria.
- Manage EduFi’s website, social media channels, and digital presence.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, videos, articles, product updates, and educational content.
- Develop marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, presentations and sales collateral.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital campaigns, email, WhatsApp, social media and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with Sales & Partnerships to support school acquisition, demos and pilot programmes.
- Research schools, competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collect and analyse customer and prospect feedback to improve EduFi’s messaging and marketing approach.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, tracking performance and making improvements based on results.
- Support EduFi’s participation in education events, partnerships and other opportunities to increase visibility.
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories as EduFi begins working with schools.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports on leads, campaigns, engagement, and contribution to school acquisition.
