Job Title: Accountant
Location: Oke-Ado, Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization's accounting and reporting activities.
The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, proficient in basic accounting procedures, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable tax regulations.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Manage invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash records.
- Support payroll processing and other accounting duties as required.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
- High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
