Financial Reporting & Consolidation
Oversee preparation of consolidated management accounts, quarterly financial statements, and annual audited accounts across all Group entities. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and IFRS compliance of all financial data.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, CBN prudential and accounting guidelines, Nigerian tax law, and the Pension Reform Act 2014.
- Track record of engaging effectively with Boards, regulators, external auditors, and investors.
- ACA, ACCA, or ICAN membership required; CFA an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–12 years' post-qualification experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Group Finance Director, or Head of Finance) within a CBN-licensed financial institution or diversified corporate group.
- Minimum BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or Master's in Finance is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing finance functions across multiple business entities or subsidiaries.
