Drive operational excellence across transportation, logistics, customer service, and support functions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure timely resolution of operational challenges and customer-related issues.
Establish operational standards, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Fleet and Asset Management:
Monitor vehicle performance metrics, maintenance costs, fuel efficiency, and utilization rates.
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and operationally efficient.
Oversee fleet acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and replacement strategies.
