We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team.
You will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring every plate delights our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a full range of authentic Chinese dishes
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
- Reduce waste and use ingredients efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and help with ordering ingredients
- Work well with the rest of the kitchen and service team
- Manage food preparation, portioning, and kitchen workflow
Requirements
