We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Lagos
Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and ITPs.
- Uphold ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.
- Integrate HSE
Requirements
into planning and execution; participate in toolbox talks and PTW processes.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, progress updates, material requisitions, and technical logs.
Coordinate with QS and procurement for material take-offs, MIRs, and supplier approvals.
Track work progress against schedule; report variances and recovery actions to the Team Lead.
Support testing and commissioning activities and punch-list closure
Maintain ISO-compliant documentation (revision control, traceability, audit readiness).
Collaborate with subcontractors, client representatives, and consultants during inspections and reviews.
Escalate technical risks and non-conformities; implement remedial actions under supervision.
Uphold ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements; raise RFIs for clarifications.
Perform QA/QC checks: material verification, inspection requests, test witnessing, NCR follow-up.
Check technical designs and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly
Essential
First Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Building or a related discipline.
Must be COREN certified
ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 awareness training (Required).
Minimum of 9-11 years in construction engineering roles including site supervision, QA/QC, and documentation (Mandatory).
Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar); familiarity with discipline software (Required).
Excellent leadership & managerial skills
Must have knowledge of construction design.
Salary: N700,000 / Month.
