We are seeking a responsible and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate cleaning activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper records of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Prepare cleaning schedules and ensure that duties are properly assigned.
- Promote good hygiene and workplace sanitation practices.
- Ensure that cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
- Report facility-related issues to Management or the appropriate department.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports where required.
- Ensure cleaning staff comply with company policies and safety requirements.
- Inspect offices, facilities, restrooms, warehouses, and other designated areas regularly.
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned facilities.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of cleaning personnel.
- Train and guide cleaning personnel on proper cleaning procedures.
- Monitor the use and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Identify areas requiring special cleaning or maintenance attention.
Requirements
