We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Clinic Manager

Summary
You'll lead the team, improve clinic performance, ensure patients receive an exceptional experience and develop relationships with HMO and corporate organizationsto create new referral and revenue opportunities.
What you'll be responsible for
Leading, coaching and holding the team accountable for performance.
Building a strong and reliable referral network.
Identifying problems and solving them without waiting to be told what to do.
Managing clinic systems, processes and day-to-day operations.
Ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience and complete their plans of care.
Monitoring the key numbers that drive the business.
Reporting performance and opportunities to the owner.
Improving patient conversion, retention and therapist utilisation.
Developing and maintaining HMO and corporate organizations
Managing clinic revenue, performance and profitability.
Who we're looking for
You may be a healthcare manager, practice manager, operations manager, sales manager or you may come from a completely different background.
Experience in exactly this role isn't essential.
