The Clinical Manager will oversee and coordinate all day-to-day activities relating to patient care at Genesis Specialist Hospital, covering both outpatient and inpatient services.
The role will include:
Coordinating the entire patient journey, from the front desk through consultation, admission, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.
Supervising and coordinating nurses, nursing assistants, laboratory staff, physiotherapists, and other clinical support staff.
Ensuring investigations, treatments, physician orders, referrals, and other patient-care activities are carried out promptly.
Identifying and resolving delays, complaints, and other issues affecting patient care.
Ensuring good communication between the front desk, clinical departments, patients, families, and physicians.
Ensuring staff comply with hospital policies and maintain appropriate standards of patient care and professionalism.
Escalating significant clinical or operational concerns to the Medical Director/Management.
