We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery:
Develop, review, and improve evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols.
Conduct client assessments and make appropriate referrals when required.
Provide psychological assessments, counselling, and therapeutic interventions to clients (virtual and in-person).
Support counsellors through training, supervision coordination, and clinical guidance.
Monitor clinical service quality and ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate clinical records, case notes, and documentation.
Team Management & Operations:
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Assist with staff scheduling, workforce planning, and service coverage.
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
Monitor service performance, response times, and client satisfaction.
Support the day-to-day management of the Wellness Service and Call Centre.
Quality Assurance & Training:
Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new and existing staff.
Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
Service Development & Growth
Identify opportunities to expand wellness services to new clients and markets.
Collaborate with management to design and launch new wellness programs and services.
Use client and stakeholder feedback to enhance service quality and effectiveness.
Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
Evaluate existing services and recommend improvements.
Qualifications &

Salary: N325,000 - N400,000 monthly.
