Job Title: Coating Operator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tablet coating equipment in accordance with approved SOPs.
- Clean and maintain coating equipment and the manufacturing area.
- Ensure uniform coating and compliance with approved product specifications.
- Monitor critical coating parameters throughout the coating process.
- Prepare and handle coating solutions as specified in approved batch manufacturing records.
- Record all production activities and report deviations to the appropriate supervisor.
- Job Requirements
- Practical knowledge of tablet coating processes and equipment.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical tablet coating.
- Understanding of coating parameters, including inlet and outlet temperatures, spray rate, atomization pressure, and pan speed.
- Familiarity with coating pan operation, coating solution preparation, and spray systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records and comply with quality standards.
