Manager to help us create exceptional experiences for our customers before, during, and after events.

in customer service, hospitality, community management, events, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about events, tickets, locations, and schedules.
  • Work closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Attend events and actively engage with and support guests throughout their experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our community.
  • Follow up on customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, chats, and other approved channels.

  • Assist with customer questions, ticketing concerns, directions, and other event-related needs.
