Summary

Key Accountabilities
- Resolve agent questions or escalate where needed
- Keep agents engaged, motivated & informed
- Share updates, listings & announcements in the groups
- Manage our WhatsApp communities of virtual sales agents
- Track and follow up on agents’ sales progress
Requirements
Good communication & follow-up skills
Have intermediate knowledge of content creation and social media management
Organized — able to track multiple agents’ progress.
Very active on WhatsApp, comfortable managing groups
Must be a serving corper ready to commit to a fully onsite role
Salary: N50,000 monthly.
