We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that the company’s operations and business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular compliance checks and report findings to management.
  • Work with relevant departments to ensure compliance issues are properly addressed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure required licences, permits, and regulatory documents are up to date.
  • Keep track of changes in regulatory requirements that may affect the business.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Review business processes and identify potential compliance risks.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
