Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Compounder Operator with direct PVC pipe production experience to operate production / compounding equipment and ensure quality and efficient output.
Key Requirements
Good understanding of production quality and HSE procedures.
2–5 years of direct experience in PVC pipe production / operations.
Knowledge of PVC raw materials, additives, stabilizers, and production processes.
Willing to work shifts where required.
Hands-on experience in PVC pipe manufacturing (mandatory).
Ability to monitor machine parameters and handle basic troubleshooting.
Experience operating PVC compounding / extrusion machinery.
Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
