We are seeking a highly competent and dedicated Computer/ICT Teacher to join our secondary school located in Iju, Ota, Ogun State. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer studies, information technology, and practical computer applications, with the ability to effectively teach students at the secondary school level and prepare them for internal and external examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage students to develop practical computer, problem-solving, and digital skills.
- Prepare students for relevant internal and external examinations, including WAEC, NECO, and JAMB where applicable.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Support students' academic, technological, and intellectual development.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Teach both theoretical and practical aspects of computer education.
- Teach Computer Studies, ICT, and related computer subjects to secondary school students.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of school computer laboratory equipment.

Requirements
- B.Ed/B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Computer Science, Computer Education, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must have 1-3 years teaching
Experience
at the secondary school level is preferred.
Ability to teach computer-related subjects at the secondary school level.
A PGDE is an added advantage for candidates without a teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of Computer Studies, ICT, and practical computer applications.
TRCN certification is an added advantage.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript is an added advantage.
