Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup, with basic knowledge of makeup products and application.
The candidate must also be comfortable creating and editing high-quality content using an iPhone.
We are looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging beauty and cosmetics content that strengthens our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all RLG Cosmetics platforms.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, sales activities, and special events through creative content.
- Participate in photoshoots, product shoots, makeup demonstrations, and other content activities.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights on engagement, reach, views, and conversions.
- Record, edit, and produce videos using an iPhone, ensuring good lighting, framing, sound, and overall presentation.
- Take high-quality product and lifestyle photographs using an iPhone.
- Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, text, and other relevant elements to content where appropriate.
- Monitor social media trends and identify creative opportunities relevant to the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Edit short-form videos suitable for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social media platforms.
- Proper use of script and video editing
- Create engaging video, photo, and social media content for RLG Cosmetics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrate and explain the proper use and benefits of makeup and cosmetic products.
- Engage on comment on Instagram and tiktok
- Develop creative content ideas that showcase RLG products, promotions, campaigns, tutorials, and brand stories.
- Create makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, before-and-after content, product reviews, tips, and beauty-related educational content.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and good aesthetic sense.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other short-form content formats.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Ability to work independently while meeting content deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to trends.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing applications such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, beauty trends, and cosmetics.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or working with models/content talent.
- A portfolio of previous content creation work is highly desirable.
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, beauty, or a related field.
