We are looking for a creative, research-driven and commercially minded Content Creator who can turn audience problems, product information and campaign objectives into engaging content that captures attention, builds trust and drives action.
This is not simply an on-camera presenter role. The ideal candidate should be able to research, develop ideas, write scripts, appear on camera, record content and learn from performance data to improve future content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Research & Ideation:
- Research customer problems, questions, desires and objections.
- Identify relevant content opportunities from social media, competitors, customer conversations, trends and approved sources.
- Develop original content concepts, creative angles and hooks.
- Study successful creators, advertisements and platform-native content.
- Bring new ideas to the creative team rather than waiting for topics or scripts to be assigned.
- Scriptwriting:
- Independently write engaging scripts for short-form content.
- Develop
- UGC, educational, direct-response, product, storytelling, FAQ and campaign scripts

- Write strong hooks, CTAs and multiple variations for creative testing.
- Adapt scripts to different audiences, platforms and campaign objectives.

- On-Camera Content Creation:

- Participate in organised product and campaign shoots.
- Independent Video Production:
- Record appropriate content independently using a smartphone or approved equipment.
- Understand basic lighting, framing, audio, camera positioning and vertical-video composition.
- Produce usable footage without requiring a professional production crew for every video.
- Capture B-roll and additional footage required by Editors.
- Direct-Response & Commercial Content:
- Create content designed to support measurable business objectives, including:

- Campaigns and promotions

- The Creator should understand structures such as Hook → Problem/Desire → Insight → Solution → Offer/Reason to Believe → CTA, while being able to experiment with different creative approaches.
- Performance & Creative Iteration:
- Review content performance with the Brand & Creative and Media Buying teams.
- Identify which hooks, angles, formats, scripts and presentations perform well.
- Develop improved variations of successful concepts.
- Use performance insights to inform future research and content creation.
- Content & Asset Management:
- Upload raw footage to approved Dokitami storage.
- Properly organise footage and other creative assets.
- Provide clean takes, clear audio, appropriate framing and sufficient footage for editing.
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests for additional footage or corrections.
- Accuracy & Compliance:
- Because Dokitami operates in the health and wellness space, the Content Creator must:
- Follow approved medical and product information.
- Never independently invent medical claims, treatment guarantees, dosage instructions or safety claims.
- Obtain appropriate approval where medical information is involved.
- Confirm current pricing, offers, programme details and promotional terms before recording content that references them.
