We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content Creator/Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media presence, develop engaging content, and strengthen brand visibility.

The successful candidate will create compelling storytelling content that showcases the company’s properties, attracts potential clients, drives engagement, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain an active online presence.
Content Creation and Planning: Develop engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional materials, and maintain a content calendar.
Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms in line with the company’s image, values, and marketing objectives.
Ads Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, promote property listings, and generate leads.
Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials that align with the company’s brand identity.
Photography and Videography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, property tours, site inspections, and other real estate activities.
Trend Monitoring: Keep up with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing strategies relevant to the real estate industry.
Requirements and Qualifications
HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation across major platforms.
Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Experience in photography, videography, and content editing.
Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
Understanding of social media advertising, campaign management, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to plan content, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate marketing is an added advantage.
