Key Accountabilities
- Content Creation & Learning Development:
- Create engaging training videos, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments and other learning content.
- Build and edit e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite or Adobe Captivate.
- Produce training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, Powtoon or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Manage and upload content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo or SAP Litmos.
- Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn business knowledge into simple, engaging content.
- Track course participation/completion and share basic learning reports.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate communication.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media and other talent channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding initiatives.
