Our client is requires the services of result-oriented, diligent and experienced individuals to grow with its team as a Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Manager.
Primary Job Responsibilities [in Summary]
Monitor and influence relevant policies and regulations to support the organization's corporate affairs goals.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, investors and the local community.
Manage a team of professionals within the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability department, providing guidance, mentorship and leadership.
Protect and enhance the organisation's reputation by proactively addressing issues, managing crises and promoting a positive corporate image.
Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the design and implementation of sustainability programs, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, to meet corporate sustainability objectives.
Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with industry standards.
Major Requirements
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of eight years’ relevant work experience, with at least five years in a senior management role.
B.Sc./HND in Business, Communications, Sustainability or other business related discipline.
Master’s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences or other related discipline is an added advantage.
N30,000,000 - N40,000,000 gross per annum.
