Job Summary
The role is responsible for financial modelling, investment analysis, capital raising, financial planning, treasury operations and corporate finance transactions.
The Corporate Finance Manager will lead funding, treasury, investment and financial strategy initiatives that support organisational growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance, financial governance, and effective risk management.
- Manage liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Evaluate investments, capital projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Provide financial insights to executive leadership for decision-making.
- Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses.
- Support debt financing and capital-raising initiatives.
Requirements
- A critical requirement for this role is a rare combination of:
- Hands-on Treasury Management experience.
- Solid Investment Banking
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
MBA is an added advantage.
CFA qualification is required.
in manufacturing or import-dependent industries is an advantage.
