The Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving corporate business growth through the acquisition of new clients, development of strategic partnerships, management of key corporate accounts, and conversion of business opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships that create new revenue opportunities for Balmoral.
- Consistently achieve agreed sales, revenue and business development targets.
- Manage relationships with existing corporate clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Generate leads through proactive market research, networking, referrals, industry events and direct business development.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, revenue and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, proposals and conversions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and commercial pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities within the corporate events and hospitality space.
- Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring alignment with Balmoral's pricing and profitability objectives.
- Work closely with the Events, Operations, Creative, Accounts and other teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate organisations, institutions, brands and key decision-makers.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Hospitality, Events Management or a related field.
- Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- Strong existing corporate network is an advantage.
- Experience within the events, hospitality, entertainment, luxury, media, advertising or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
- 4–6 years' experience in corporate sales, business development, partnerships or a related commercial role.
- Experience negotiating and closing B2B deals and strategic partnerships.
