We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the Nigerian business through its next phase of growth and rebuilding.
The role will oversee sales, profitability, working capital, collections, operations and team performance, with a strong focus on driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall Nigeria business performance and profitability.
- Oversee working capital, cash flow and collections, maintaining 97.5%+ collection rates.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and retention.
- Lead the Business Development, Credit & Recovery, Collections and Operations teams.
- Manage key pharmacy and wholesale accounts.
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and report business performance to the CEO.
- Drive B2B sales to ₦500M/month by Month 6 and ₦1B/month by Month 12.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ P&L experience, preferably with significant business volume.
- Must currently be in a similar senior-level role.
- Based in Ibadan or willing to relocate.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and leading teams across multiple locations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- 7–10 years’
Experience
Salary: N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 gross/month
in commercial, sales, operations or general management.
Strong knowledge of sales, credit, collections and working capital.
Fluent in English and Yoruba.
Willing to travel and must have access to a reliable vehicle.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy, Economics or related field.
