Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate and individual clients for courier and logistics services
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and service level agreements
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline and reports
- Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings and client visits
Requirements
BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the Courier and Logistics industry is mandatory
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of courier, logistics and supply chain operations
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Must reside within Ikeja or its environs
