Role Summary
Own driver onboarding, documentation and day-to-day driver administration while supporting the operational relationship between ProTaxi and its driver network.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new drivers onto ProTaxi.
- Collect and verify required driver documentation.
- Coordinate licence, permit and compliance documentation with the compliance consultant.
- Train drivers on the ProTaxi platform and operating procedures.
- Manage driver records, vehicle assignment documentation and onboarding status.
- Handle driver operational questions and non-customer-service escalations.
- Manage driver communications and community channels.
- Support the Fleet & Driver Operations Manager with driver performance follow-up.
- Identify recurring driver issues and report trends to management.
- Ideal Profile
- 2-4 years in onboarding, KYC, field verification, driver operations or community management. Strong record-keeping, communication and field coordination skills are required.
