We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Respond to Client Enquiries:
Provide accurate information about available properties, prices, payment plans, locations and documentation.
Attend to enquiries from clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins.
Client Follow-Up:
Follow up with prospects after enquiries, inspections and property presentations.
Keep clients informed about the next steps in their purchase process.
Property Information:
Have good knowledge of the company’s properties, locations, prices, payment structures and available documentation.
Explain property processes clearly to clients without giving inaccurate or unauthorized information.
Payment & Documentation Follow-Up:
Follow up on pending receipts, allocation letters, agreements, title documents and other client-related documents.
Liaise with Accounts, Sales, Legal and other relevant departments regarding client payments and documentation.
Property Inspection Coordination:
Coordinate property inspections and ensure clients receive the necessary information regarding inspection dates, locations and meeting points.
Work with the sales or site team to ensure a smooth inspection experience.
Complaint Resolution:
Investigate issues and coordinate with the appropriate department for resolution.
Receive and properly document client complaints.
Escalate serious or unresolved complaints to management.
After-Sales Service:
Maintain communication with clients after purchase.
Follow up on allocation, documentation, development updates and other post-purchase matters
Client Satisfaction:
Regularly obtain feedback from clients about their experience.
Identify recurring complaints or service gaps and recommend improvements to management
Client Retention & Relationship Management:
Build positive relationships with existing clients.
Encourage referrals and repeat business by maintaining good client relationships.
Protecting the Company’s Reputation:
Avoid making unauthorized promises, commitments or representations on behalf of the company.
Ensure communication with clients is professional and consistent with company policies.
Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
