Ojodu, Lagos

Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative with at least 1 year of recent experience.
Must be social media-savvy, skilled in CRM tools, and live within or around Ojodudue to the on-site nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Log interactions using CRM system
- Follow up on unresolved cases
- Work with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Takes and fulfills customers orders.
Requirements
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
1+ year of recent customer service experience
Proficiency with CRM tools
Strong communication skills
Lives in or near Ojodu (mandatory)
Creative, pays attention to details and a fast learner.
Salary: N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
