Handle customer complaints and work in the capacity of the supervisor when none available
Work with supervisor and senior ticketing staff to organise incentives for ticketing staff to achieve VK sales target.
Ensure client requirements are maintained.
Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the airline, IATA and Round the world fares.
Ensure all shifts are covered in case of training or unexpected sick leave.
Make sure that the uniform is worn in the correct way.
Ensure adequate procedures are implemented and maintained.
Provide correct information regarding fares, ticketing, product knowledge and refunds to ticketing staff.
Fully trained on all aspects of Ticketing, PTA’s, fares and Customer Relations.
Produce daily stats figures on number and types of tickets issued.
Ensure the airline product is sold to its maximum capacity.
Ensure the ticketing target is met and consulting with the supervisor and other senior ticketing staff on different ways to achieve target.
Guide ticketing staff in right direction where to find information/answers to questions and queries.
Utilize the team roster to compile main roster including Saturday shifts and leave.
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
