Job Title: Customer Service & Social Media Executive
Location: Igbogbo-Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service & Social Media Executive who can combine excellent client service with strong content and social media skills.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients before, during and after their photography sessions.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM as required.
Ensure every client interaction reflects the warm, professional Kosoko Pictures experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries across approved communication channels.
Support clients through the photo selection and feedback process.
Follow up with clients, confirm bookings and provide relevant session information.
Content & Social Media:
Write captions and develop content ideas that align with the brand.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, studio activities, client experiences and relevant content.
Engage with comments, DMs and online enquiries professionally.
Schedule and publish posts consistently.
Stay updated on relevant social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Create and coordinate engaging content around our baby and newborn photography services.
Manage day-to-day social media activities across our platforms.
Monitor content performance and provide simple weekly reports/insights.
What We’re Looking For
Good writing and content creation skills.
Good understanding of Canva and basic content creation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.
Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
Strong customer service mindset and emotional intelligence.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Social Media, Content Creation or a similar role is preferred.
Experience with CRM, Google Workspace or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced studio environment.
The Ideal Person:
You are warm with people, organised with processes, creative with content, and proactive enough to identify what needs to be done without waiting to be told.
