- Minimum of an HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Document Preparation & Verification: Prepare, review, and organize complete clearance documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Single Goods Declaration (SGD), and Assessment Notices.
- Form M & PAAR Processing: Initiate, track, and manage Form M applications and Pre-Arrival Assessment Reports (PAAR) through authorized dealer banks and the Nigeria Single Window portal.
- Regulatory Compliance: Verify and coordinate regulatory permits and certificates, including SONCAP (PC/SC), NAFDAC approvals, and Customs Identification Numbers (TIN).
- HS Code Classification: Correctly classify imported/exported goods under the appropriate Harmonized System (HS) Codes to ensure accurate duty assessment.
- Data Entry & System Updates: Input trade data into shipping and customs systems accurately to avoid clearance delays or penalties.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with customs brokers, shipping lines, terminal operators, and government agencies to resolve documentation discrepancies.
