Operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP/GMP).
Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance.
Monitor processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure product consistency.Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to sanitation protocols (CIP).
