We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities
- of thedata analyst are to:
- Visualize data with graphs, infographics and dashboards.
- Conduct desk research and literature reviews on relevant topics and issues;
- Conduct fieldwork activities such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observations;
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyse data
- Analyse data using qualitative and quantitative tools such as tableau, SPSS, STATA, Excel, NVivo, Power Bi, R-script, SQL etc.
- Ensure quality control and ethical standards are adhered to in all aspects of the research process.
- Synthesize complex data, to support research findings, for actionable insights.
- Develop research proposals, questionnaires, interview guides, and other research tools;
- Craft presentations and reports based on recommendation and findings
- Qualification
- Proficiency in using statistical software (Power Bi, SQL, Tableau, R-script, STATA, SPSS)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of various research methodologies and techniques, both quantitative and qualitative
- A passion for providing solutions to complex humanitarian and development problems.

- in conducting and managing research projects in a development context
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in, computer science, economics, research and statistics, public policy, development studies, or a related field
- Creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
