In this role, you’ll help ensure that critical farm, production, inventory, sales and operational records are accurately captured, maintained and readily available to support better decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Capture and update farm production and yield records.
Maintain inventory, stock movement and equipment records.
Verify data against field reports, receipts and other source documents.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Identify and flag data discrepancies.
Support Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Business Intelligence teams with data.
Maintain accurate and confidential company and client records.
What we’re looking for
:
OND, HND or BSc in any discipline.
1–2 years’
in data entry or administration.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with ERP or database systems.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
with Pivot Tables, Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
Agribusiness/farm operations
