Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Personnel to ensure the proper upkeep of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems.
The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up equipment or facilities for events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Report major maintenance issues or hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Support other departments with technical assistance as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
