Installation , testing , operation & maintenance of electrical equipment with optimum quality & safety
Responsible for housekeeping of his/her work area.
Daily job allocation & technical guidance to subordinates.
Prepares various reports & documentation such as power report / maintenance checklist, daily job reports etc.
Responsible for trouble free operation of electrical equipment of assigned area.
Assists superiors in all endeavors.
Responsible for compliance of safety measures
Execution of all work orders well in time with quality and safety.
Executes the maintenance and servicing of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, MCC, PCC, MV & LV Switch Boards, Battery Charger, Plant Lighting/Earthling System, HT/LT Motors, VFD, HT/LT Cables, and Air Conditioning System etc.
Spare management for smooth plant operation.
Imparts training to subordinates.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Technical Skill:
- Knowledge and work experience of Low, Medium and High Voltage system (i.e. IMCC/PCC/MV & LV switch boards etc.), HT/LT Motors, Transformer, Substation’s Indoor/outdoor equipment, Generator, cables & cable termination, Plant lighting/earthing system, Electrical measuring & testing equipment, Electrical and electronic Diagram and its interpretation, Basics of Computer , AC/ DC drives, Battery charger, Air conditioning system etc.
