Role Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Activations Manager to lead the digital execution of its brands, develop engaging content, grow online communities, and drive digital campaigns that support brand and trade activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid social campaigns, influencers and digital agency partnerships.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RTM teams and external agencies.
- Create engaging multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute digital promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve digital activities.
- Provide digital support for trade, BTL and brand activation activities.
- Develop and execute digital activation strategies across the company's brands.
- Grow and manage online communities while driving engagement and audience growth.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Requirements
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
FMCG or beverage industry experience will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of digital trends, youth culture and social commerce in Nigeria.
5–10 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Activation, Content Marketing or Social Media Management.
Proven experience building brands and engaging consumer communities through digital channels.
Experience managing paid social campaigns, influencer marketing and digital agencies.
Hands-on content creation and basic graphic design skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, Graphic Design or a related field.
Salary: N12,000,000 – N15,000,000 gross annually.
