Job Summary
The right candidate has a strong portfolio, handles the full content production cycle independently, and understands what drives engagement on social media.
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Content Producer to plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and visual content across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering to broadcast quality.
- Create thumbnails, social media graphics, and branded promotional materials.
- Optimise content for each platform's format, algorithm, and target audience.
- Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot and edit promotional videos, reels, testimonials, event coverage, podcasts, and educational content on study abroad and immigration topics.
- Manage and organise all digital media assets, project files, and content archives.
- Execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable portfolio of social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop.
Experience
with motion graphics, audio editing, and on-location shooting.
2 – 4 years of professional
in video production and digital content creation.
Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without prompting.
HND / B.Sc Degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, or a related field.
Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content optimisation.
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 gross/month + performance bonus.
