Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketer who can turn ideas into compelling digital content, execute campaigns, grow online communities, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive audience growth, engagement, leads, conversions, and other agreed digital marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, captions, graphics, videos, reels, and other digital marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent content calendar and brand voice.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, websites, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse digital marketing data, and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and other relevant teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, and business objectives.
- Manage online communities and respond appropriately to comments, enquiries, and customer interactions.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and effective digital strategies.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to create engaging written and visual content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- 2–5years of
Experience
in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role.
A portfolio of previous digital marketing or content work is an advantage.
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
