Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and other relevant social media platforms.
Create and manage engaging, professional, and industry-relevant content for social media and other digital channels.
Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence, including company page management, content development, networking, and B2B lead generation.
Identify and target potential clients within relevant industries for the company's IT solutions.
Generate qualified leads through social media, content marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Research market trends, competitors, customer needs, and opportunities within the technology and software space.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teamsto convert digital leads into business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant digital marketing analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on social media growth, engagement, leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Optimize digital campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and other promotional content.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within an IT, software, technology, SaaS, or B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.
Demonstrated experience managing professional/company social media accounts.
Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid digital advertising.
Ability to develop content that communicates complex IT/software solutions in a simple and engaging manner.
Experience using digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversion rate, and ROI.
Experience working with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn tools, email marketing platforms, or similar toolsis an added advantage.
