Energy Smart Nigeria Ltd. (ESN) is looking for a Digital Operations Associate to support our technology and growth functions as we scale our digital platforms and client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage device and SIM activation and verify data flow.
- Maintain accurate vehicle, IoT, SIM, client, and transaction records.
- Monitor FleetOS, ESN web platforms, Borrow Me Fuel, and IoT connectivity.
- Manage on-page and technical SEO and monitor organic search performance.
- Receive, troubleshoot, track, and escalate client support tickets.
- Use Google Tag Manager, browser DevTools, Google Sheets/Excel, and relevant digital tools.
- Perform basic website updates using HTML/CSS.
- Train clients and staff on ESN platforms and workflows.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Develop SOPs, user guides, training materials, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update the ESN Knowledgebase.
Requirements
