The Role
You will be the single point of coordination where loading, driver time and delivery routes meet.
Owning the daily roster end to end, you will sequence warehouse loading, balance workload across the fleet, and drive down delays — turning a plan on paper into trucks moving on the road.
in FMCG distribution, haulage or depot/loading operations.
Numerate and highly organised — able to think in sequences, constraints and priorities.
Calm under pressure and assertive; comfortable directing drivers and loaders at short notice.
Confident with spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
Strong knowledge of Abuja/FCT routes is an advantage.
