We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Akowonjo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Deliver company products, documents, and other items safely and promptly to customers and designated locations.
- Ensure the motorcycle is kept clean, secure, and in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding delivery status.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately.
- Ensure all delivered items are properly handled and accounted for.
- Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Pick up and deliver orders according to assigned schedules.
- Support other logistics activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and willing to work in the field.
- Must be familiar with using Google Maps and other navigation applications.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of Akowonjo, Lagos, and surrounding areas.
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and safety-conscious.
- Previous
Experience
as a Dispatch Rider is required.
Must have a valid rider's/motorcycle licence.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
