Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of road networks, a strong understanding of road safety, and a proven record of punctuality, professionalism, and responsible vehicle handling.
We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and professional Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for staff, clients, executives, or company materials as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct when transporting clients or executives.
- Conduct routine checks on the assigned vehicle and report mechanical faults promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of the vehicle.
- Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Safely transport staff, clients, executives, or company materials to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and serviced as scheduled.
- Plan efficient routes and use navigation tools where necessary.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
Requirements
- Must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
- Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience.
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Clean driving record and strong road-safety awareness.
- Previous
Experience
as a corporate, executive, or company driver is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of local road networks and traffic regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
