Job Title: Driver / Dispatch Rider

Job Summary
This role requires strict adherence to traffic and pharmaceutical safety regulations, proper handling of sensitive medical supplies, and maintaining delivery schedules.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, prompt, and efficient transportation and delivery of pharmaceutical products and other assigned items to customers, vendors, and business partners.
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver/Dispatch Rider to join our Logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and customers.
- Assist with loading and unloading items safely.
- Verify delivery contents, obtain acknowledgments/signatures, and collect payments or cheques when required.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle/motorcycle.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly.
- Handle sensitive and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical items with care.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
1–2 years’ experience as a dispatch rider.
Valid rider’s permit/license (Class A).
Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and routes.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management and reliability.
Experience handling confidential or sensitive packages is an advantage.
Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
High level of integrity and responsibility.
Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
